- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 3 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 can drained pineapple tidbits (20 oz.)
- Whip cream to soft peaks.
- Add sugar and vanilla.
- Fold in marshmallows and pineapple.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Tastes best made one day in advance.
- Really good served on plain cake.
