Potatoes Romanoff

Ingredients

  1. 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
  2. 1 small onion
  3. 2 Tbsp. oleo
  4. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  5. 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  6. 1/2 tsp. salt
  7. 1/4 tsp. pepper
  8. 1 c. sour cream
  9. 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk (not diluted)
  10. 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
  11. 1/2 c. margarine

Directions

  1. Thaw potatoes; spread over 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
  2. Top with cornflakes and margarine.
  3. In saucepan, saute onion in 2 tablespoons oleo.
  4. Stir in soups, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes.
