- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed (I use about 3/4 lb.)
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- 2 c. chopped turkey or chicken, cooked
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
- 5 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives or minced onions
- Heat Velveeta, milk and salad dressing over low heat.
- Stir until sauce is smooth. Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot.
- Serves 8.
