- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (15 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
- 2 small cans green chili peppers
- 1/2 medium onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dice tomatoes and peppers.
- Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot over corn chips.
