Foolproof Chocolate Fudge



  1. 3 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  2. 1 14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  3. Dash salt
  4. 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 C. chopped nuts, optional


  1. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt morsels with sweetened condensed milk. Stir in vanilla and spread evenly onto wax paper lined 8-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until set. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares. Cover and store at room temperature.
