Sweet And Sour Seashells

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. small seashells, cooked
  2. 2 Tbsp. corn oil
  3. 3/4 c. sugar
  4. 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  5. 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  6. 1/2 c. water
  7. 3 Tbsp. French's mustard
  8. 1/8 tsp. salt
  9. 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  10. 2 small cucumbers
  11. 2 small onions, diced

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients over noodles and let marinate in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Wash cucumbers and leave skins on. Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise, then slice.
