Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix
- 1 small pkg. instant coconut pudding
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Mix boiling
- water and poppy seed together.
- Set aside. Mix remaining
- ingredients.
- Add seed and water mixture.
- Pour into 2 greased
- loaf
- pans.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
- Freezes well.
