Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

  1. 1 pkg. Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix
  2. 1 small pkg. instant coconut pudding
  3. 1 c. boiling water
  4. 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
  5. 1/2 c. oil
  6. 4 eggs

Directions

  1. Mix boiling
  2. water and poppy seed together.
  3. Set aside. Mix remaining
  4. ingredients.
  5. Add seed and water mixture.
  6. Pour into 2 greased
  7. loaf
  8. pans.
  9. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
  10. Freezes well.
