Cranberry-Orange Relish For Poultry
- 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained and chopped
- 1 apple (unpeeled), chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer until thick.
- Let cool and store in refrigerator.
