Fish And Broccoli Roll-Ups(Serves 4)

Ingredients

  1. 16 oz. flounder or haddock
  2. 4 c. broccoli
  3. 8 lemon wedges
  4. 1/2 c. salad dressing

Directions

  1. Cut fish into strips.
  2. Cut broccoli into small pieces. Alternate broccoli pieces and rolled fish strips onto kabob spears adding lemon wedges to each end.
  3. Baste with salad dressing. Broil 8 to 10 minutes.
