Salsa

Ingredients

  1. 6 tomatoes, diced
  2. 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  3. 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  4. 1 1/2 c. celery, finely diced
  5. 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
  6. 1 c. chopped cilantro or parsley
  7. 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  8. 1 tsp. cumin
  9. garlic (fresh or powdered) to taste
  10. salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and chill 1 hour before serving.
  2. Stir before serving.
  3. (Mixture will have the consistency of gelatin if you don't.)
