Raspberry Nut Perfection(Serves 8)

Ingredients

  1. 1 (1 lb. 6 oz.) can red raspberry or other favorite pie filling
  2. 1/3 c. water
  3. 1/2 pkg. white cake mix
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  6. 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  7. 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions

  1. Spread pie filling in bottom of 8-inch square pan.
  2. Combine cake mix, water and egg; beat well.
  3. Pour over pie filling. Sprinkle coconut and pecans on top.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over top.
  5. Bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
