Coconut Cream Pie(Low Calorie)

Ingredients
- 1 baked pie crust
- 2 boxes sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. coconut
- 3 c. low-fat milk
- 4 oz. Cool Whip (lite)
Directions
- Mix pudding mix with 3 cups milk. Add coconut. Pour in baked or graham pie crust. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with toasted coconut. Keep in refrigerator.
