French Toast And Sauce



  1. 4 eggs, beaten
  2. 1/2 c. milk
  3. 1/2 c. frozen lemonade, thawed
  4. 1/4 tsp. salt
  5. 8 Tbsp. butter, divided
  6. 8 slices day-old bread


  1. In a wide shallow bowl, beat 1st four ingredients. For each slice, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in skillet. Dip bread in egg mixture; turn and coat the other side. Cook slices in butter, browning on both sides. Serve with Sauce as follows.
